Hazelwood Interiors Order Policy

 

At Hazelwood Interiors, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities.

 

Order Cancellations

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders refer to items that are out of stock or not yet available in our inventory but are expected to arrive in the future.
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been dispatched, provided it is not a bespoke or custom-made order.
  • Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a refund or exchange within 21 days in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided the item is eligible.

 

Made-to-Measure and Custom Orders

 

  • Custom orders include made-to-measure items such as curtains, blinds, fabric cut to length, and wallpaper cut to length.
  • You may cancel such an order within 1 business day of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production or been fulfilled.
  • Once fulfilled, these orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, in which case our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.


 

 

 

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless they are damaged or faulty upon delivery:

  • Mattresses
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-measure goods
  • Gift cards
