1. Placing Your Order

To provide a seamless design experience, orders can be placed directly through our online store, over the telephone with our team, or in person at our showroom in Trim, Co. Meath. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping details.

2. Order Verification & Acceptance

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email detailing your selected pieces. We recommend reviewing this receipt immediately to ensure sizing, quantities, and delivery specifications are correct. If you note an error, please reach out to us at info@hazelwoodinteriors.ie within 24 hours.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Standard Items: If you wish to amend or cancel an order for standard stock items (such as textiles, lighting, or accessories), please notify us within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, standard return terms will apply.
• Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces: Production on custom-upholstered furniture, specific mattress structures, or custom cut items begins promptly following confirmation. Because these are built to your bespoke requirements, orders for these pieces cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once manufacturing has commenced.

4. Extended Stock & Lead Times

While we make every effort to display real-time stock availability, some premium or bespoke design pieces carry specific lead times. If an ordered item is temporarily delayed or on extended backorder with our partner design houses, our customer care team will reach out to update you on estimated timelines and options.

5. Payment Options & Finance

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards securely online. To help you build your home effortlessly, we are also delighted to offer flexible payment options through Humm or Klarna online at checkout. Financing terms are managed and approved by those respective providers.

6. Order Completion & Fulfillment

Your order is considered legally accepted and fulfilled once it is handed over to our dispatch courier or when you receive a "Ready for Collection" notice for a showroom pick-up. All deliveries are subject to our standard Shipping & Delivery guidelines.
