Cancellation Policy:

Pre-Orders:

When purchasing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or soon to be available but not yet in our inventory.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, provided it is not a bespoke request order.
Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our returns policy. Please refer to our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Made to Measure Orders:

Made to measure items, such as wallpaper, fabric, blinds, or curtains, are custom orders tailored specifically to your requirements.
You may cancel a made to measure order within 1 business day, provided it has not yet been fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the order is damaged, you may request a full or partial refund. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.
