1. Dispatch and Delivery Schedule

  • In-Stock Items:
    All orders for items confirmed as in stock will be dispatched once weekly, on Wednesdays, unless otherwise notified. Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been shipped.
  • Pre-Order, Back-Order, or Special-Order Items:
    For items not currently in stock, including made-to-order and special-order products, Hazelwood Interiors will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) via email within two (2) working days of the order being placed, unless a specific ETA is already noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

2. Delivery Areas

  • Hazelwood Interiors offers sales and delivery services exclusively within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
