1. Delivery Zones & Rates

We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and fragile nature of the items in your order.

• Standard Delivery: Small items, cushions, textiles, and home accessories.
• Large Item & Furniture Delivery: Large mirrors, lighting, mattresses, and furniture pieces that require specialist handling to ensure they arrive safely.

2. Dispatch & Lead Times

For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email.

Bespoke & Custom Orders: Custom-upholstered furniture, made-to-order items, and specialized mattresses carry distinct manufacturing lead times. Estimated delivery windows for these items will be communicated clearly at the time of ordering.

3. Furniture & Large Item Deliveries

For bulky items and furniture, our specialist delivery team will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Delivery Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that large furniture items can safely fit through doorways, hallways, and stairwells. Please measure your space carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Click & Collect (Showroom Pickup)

We are delighted to offer a complimentary Click & Collect service from our showroom in Trim, Co. Meath. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.

5. Delivery Inspection & Damages

We take immense care packaging our pieces, but please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If any item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt at info@hazelwoodinteriors.ie so we can arrange a replacement or collection.
