Hazelwood Interiors Refund and Return Policy

At Hazelwood Interiors, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy (excluding mattresses, wallpapers, and bespoke/special customer orders—please see the sections on Mattress Issues and Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items). This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@hazelwoodinteriors.ie or call us directly on +353 046 943 7600. If your return is accepted (typically within 24 hours), we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package (freight charges for returns are the customers responsibility).

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returning items must be received by Hazelwood Interiors within 21 days of the refund/exchange acceptance.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (within 2 business days of receiving the item), we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Should there be any issues with approval, we will work with you to resolve them.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item within 14 days. Once your return is accepted and the refund issued (within 2 business days of receipt at Hazelwood Interiors), you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please Note: Return shipping costs for exchange/refund items are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. We will initiate a replacement or refund within 72 hours. If a replacement is accepted by the customer, we will send it within 72 hours if available and arrange for the return of the faulty item to Hazelwood Interiors at our cost when the replacement is delivered.

Mattress Issues

Please inspect your mattress upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue in line with our Damages and Issues policy above. Please ensure you select the correct mattress, as these are considered intimate products, and returns/exchanges will not be accepted if your mattress is undamaged and/or unsealed.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Wallpaper ordered to length and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), unless they are damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Damages and Issues policy above.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
