2. Pricing & Product Accuracy

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable Irish rates and are accurate at the time of publication. Prices are fixed at checkout and are not dynamic.

While we make every effort to ensure that product images, dimensions, and fabric descriptions are perfectly precise, slight colour variations may occur due to digital screen settings. Lifestyle accessories or props shown in photos are for inspiration only and are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

Once you place an order online, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order details but does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. A binding contract is formed only when your goods are formally dispatched from our warehouse or confirmed ready for showroom collection.

4. Custom, Bespoke & Made-To-Order Items

Orders placed for custom-upholstered furniture, bespoke dimensions, or specialized made-to-order items enter production quickly. Once manufacturing has commenced, these orders cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded, and are excluded from standard 14-day online cooling-off periods.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via credit card, debit card, or authorized online payment gateways. To offer our customers extra flexibility, we also partner with trusted external payment providers, including Humm and Klarna online. All finance arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and approvals of those respective providers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
