IN DETAIL
The Purbeck Hemp String Table Lamp by Yard combines earthy colour, tactile materials and a beautifully relaxed silhouette.
The defining feature is the hand-bound hemp rope shade. Rather than sitting as a rigid conventional shade, the hemp string cascades downwards to create a soft waterfall effect, giving the lamp movement and a wonderfully tactile quality.
Below it, the conical steel base is finished in Espresso Brown with a matte, earthenware-inspired texture. Its grounded appearance provides a strong visual foundation while complementing the natural character of the hemp.
The combination feels particularly at home alongside natural timber, linen, woven accessories, ceramics and earthy neutral tones. The rich Espresso Brown finish also works beautifully in darker, more layered interiors.
At 47cm high, 38cm wide and 38cm deep, Purbeck has a confident presence and works especially well on larger surfaces where the texture of the shade can be appreciated.
The wired design uses a standard E27 bulb fitting, allowing you to select a compatible bulb to suit your space.
