IN DETAIL
The Purbeck Hemp String Floor Lamp by Yard combines natural materials, tactile texture and a relaxed silhouette to create a floor lamp with distinctive character.
The defining feature is its hand-bound hemp rope shade, which falls gently around the light source to create a soft waterfall effect. The open construction gives the shade a wonderfully tactile appearance, allowing light to filter through the natural fibre and create subtle shadows when illuminated.
The shade sits above a substantial steel base finished in Espresso Brown. Its matte, earthenware-inspired texture provides a grounded foundation and complements the natural tone of the hemp beautifully.
Standing at 150cm high, Purbeck is well suited to positioning beside a sofa, armchair or occasional table, where its generous proportions can introduce another layer to your lighting scheme.
The combination of Espresso Brown, natural hemp and tactile finishes makes this lamp particularly easy to style alongside warm timber, natural linen, ceramics and earthy tones. Its wired design uses a standard E27 bulb fitting, giving you the flexibility to choose a compatible bulb for your space.
